Workshop Design Collective

Workshop Design Collective is an architectural design collaborative based in South Pasadena’s historic Ostrich Farm (and occasionally local cafes with potent wifi signals). Their talented team of architects, designers, and thinkers have extensive experience in community planning, adaptive reuse, commercial retail, office and multifamily residential, interior design, branding, and 3D visualization—in other words, they know what they are doing. Through a quick design process, Workshop Design Collective achieves cost-efficient solutions that are optimal for the client, resulting in innovative and eclectic designs at a high level of project delivery.

Currently in works in downtown South Pasadena, the Collective’s “Mission Bell Project” adds 36 new apartments and over 7,400 square feet of commercial space to the ever-evolving Mission Street district. Check out examples of their multifamily residential and mixed use work that is built, under construction, or on-the-boards in their Workshop Brochure

“We strive to design projects that are compelling, conscientious, and provide cost effective ways for our client’s to improve their return on investment and make a solid contribution to their respective community’s built environment”.
