PRE CONSTRUCTION
From initial concept and conceptual design, our initial goal is to generate sufficient thought, insight and communication that define the project parameters and ensure all parties have a mutual understanding.
We provide valuable trade knowledge and input during early design development. Our involvement helps develop realistic schedules, construction details, budgets and cost options that our clients and architects endorse.
BUILD
Our skilled and experienced craftsmen along with our subs understand their role in your project. They share our focus on schedule, budget and quality; enabling us to build each project to the standards required by very astute clients and design teams. Together we provide leadership that keeps the project’s critical path on track while double-checking the details.
We recognize that construction projects involve more than our teams alone. We are particularly sensitive to maintaining good relationships with job site neighbors and other interested parties. Our focus is to minimize our presence in the neighborhood by maintaining a clean and safe project area. We are proud of the work we do and we want to make sure our clients are pleased with the improvements they have made to their neighborhoods.
POST CONSTRUCTION
Be assured that our commitment to our work continues long after we hand over the key. Upon project completion, we will familiarize the clients with their new surrounds with a detailed walkthrough and any equipment operation guidance for ease of use. We will also supply a close out folder of product specifications and specified maintenance requirement per component.
