Chef Bruno Morin’s story is one of passion and excellence in the culinary arts. Coming from a tradition of Chefs in the family and having an Italian Chef as a father gave him the opportunity to be brought up in a universe of food and wine. Committed to a warm, gregarious environment; Chef Bruno keeps and emulates this formula at each of his restaurants.
Here at “Bistro De La Gare”, his unique passion for fresh ingredients from the South Pasadena Farmer’s Market is carefully hand-picked and can be tasted in every bite. Giving each client an exceptional experience of taste and service, Chef Bruno Morin, and his staff’s love and pride in their work can be witnessed from the first greeting to the very last smile in parting from the restaurant.
