The exhibit features the 2024 photographic art competition student finalists’ photographs. Thirty-one student finalists were selected to participate in the exhibition. Their work encompasses the categories of: Places, People, Things and Abstracts.
The William G. Ericson Foundation, in partnership with the Pasadena City College Foundation, sponsored the competition with public high schools in the Pasadena Area Community College District to provide scholarship awards to meritorious participants. Photographer, William “Bill” Ericson, was the distinguished publisher of the South Pasadena Review (1947-2012), a weekly community newspaper, and The Quarterly Magazine (1978-2012), an upscale lifestyle magazine
in the San Gabriel Valley.
