Opening Night Reception for “As it is to be,” Work By Visual Artist Victoria Mercedes Arriola-Monaci at the SPARC Gallery

….“As it is to be,” an exhibition of recent work by mixed media/interdisciplinary artist Victoria Mercedes Arriola-Monaci, hosted by the South Pasadena Arts Council, is slated to open January 15, 2022, at the SPARC Gallery in South Pasadena with a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Arriola-Monaci describes her featured work as “part assemblage art, part photographic still life. Relic-like reminders of the fragile nature of human existence. An ongoing tribute to women I have known.”
“As it is to be” will run through March 12, 2022. Admission is free. Operated by the South Pasadena Arts Council, the SPARC Gallery is located inside the Chamber of Commerce at 1121 Mission St., South Pasadena. Please note: proof of vaccination status and masks will be required in adherence to Covid-19 health and safety protocols.
