Provide a brief description of your business’s services or products:
We provide architectural and urban design and documentation services, from concept
feasibility studies and entitlement packages to construction documents. We provide
services from the Big Idea to finessing the Details.
What brought you into this field of business?:
Being problem solvers at heart, we’ve been able to provide fast paced and effective
solutions while enriching our own growth. The profession of Architecture allows us to
take a sketch and work through team based design challenges to bring a project to
fruition. We love the creative outlets Architecture provides us and our team.
What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?:
Small steps make growth a big journey. (That’s 7)
What do you enjoy most about doing business in South Pasadena?:
We live and work in South Pasadena at the Ostrich Farm. The sense of small town
community here, just seven miles from downtown LA, makes for strong connections,

What is your favorite local spot?:

and let them run run run.
Who in the community do you look up to or admire?:
Mitch and Susan Sawasy, of the Sawasy Studio and Casa | Wasy Interior Design,
respectively. They are both super creative problem solvers and a lot of fun to be
around. They are a gift to the community here in South Pas.
What do you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?:
Go to Burning Man. It is an indescribable feeling of immediate community with
amazing art and so many “holy heck” moments!
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?:
Two places; Australia where the people know how to enjoy modern life, and Mexico
because of the culture, food, and beaches!
Anything else you’d like to tell us about yourself or your business?:
We really strive and pride ourselves on making connections with our clients,
consultants, and the communities we work in and with. Having integrity and designing
places and spaces that speak to the
