Meet Kevin Bourland- a residential real estate agent and designated Estates Director at Compass. Representing local multimillion-dollar estates throughout South Pasadena, La Canada and Pasadena, Kevin is recognized yearly as a top producer at Compass.

Prior to his career in residential real estate, Kevin spent 25 years in the entertainment industry as a professional actor and director, appearing in numerous feature films and television commercials. His experience in such a demanding environment has aided in his success in the real estate field, providing him with the skills to communicate with his clients and recognize their needs.

As a resident of South Pasadena for the last 23 years, Kevin says he enjoys working with friends and associates within the tight-knit community. His advice to others in his profession is to “listen more, think less”- a skill that has aided in his success in the residential real estate field.
