South Pasadena Families, join us for Insight Collective's annual free reading screening event! Does your child avoid reading aloud or for pleasure? Have trouble with spelling or sounding out unfamiliar words? Get anxious when asked to read aloud? If you believe your child struggles with reading or if your child’s teacher has noticed reading weaknesses, they may benefit from a reading screening. In addition, the free reading screening will inform you about early signs of reading difficulty, evidence-based reading interventions, how to navigate the public school IEP process, and provide support from local parent advocates and attorneys.
